Lawyers have nothing to do these days. Should we have a bail-out for them?
Even car accidents are scarce now. And slipping on ice spots are rare in Florida. But there are a lot of seniors down here who are falling all over the place; the average age of plaintiffs in Fla is 75.
The courts are closed, so it’s hard for personal injury lawyers to get their cases across the finish line.
But these attorneys in Florida are still trying to get cases into the hopper. There may be a long wait to get heard in courts when everything opens up.
But don’t worry about them. Pretty soon victims of the Corona virus will be suing whoever is at fault for their infection or for “malpractice” in hospitals and doctors’ offices, and boardwalks that should have been closed.
Do you hear that, CMA? Your’s is the only boardwalk at theJersey Shore that is open to crowds.
Even the crooked politicians are thinking about liability reform when it comes to the caronavirus, but they would have to buck the big-spenders at the Trial Lawyers Ass. So it won’t happen.
Here’s a tip for those seniors who will be going to court because someone is at fault for their new way of walking. Just limp into the courtroom.
