By comparison, the current OG North End is a welcoming place, with light, air and open space

August 22, 2019 by Blogfinger

2017:   The view from Asbury’s south end boardwalk: You can see  Ocean Grove’s open North End. Wouldn’t a park be great?  (especially without the White Whale.)      In Shark River Hills Neptune gave them a marina and a park by the river.    Nothing to spoil that location. “By comparison” means comparing the current North End with the one which will result if the proposed NERP is actually built. —Asbury Park, on the other side of the Casino is beautiful, open and airy in its own way.

It would be best for both sides if the OG North End is built to contrast with A. Park.

The bulldozer can take care of that eyesore casino skeleton, and the Ocean won’t have any problem with that white whale.
