By Paul Goldfinger, Editor @Blogfinger.   Keeping the Grove informed.

The Warrington burned down, and now that property is tied up in litigation.  This scene  shows the very narrow space between the single family house being framed and the Warrington site.

Meanwhile, if the photographer turns to the right and faces west, towards Founders’ Park, you see the setbacks along Lake Avenue.  There are some who believe that the Township wants to turn that into a street to provide access to the North End Redevelopment Project  which would be developed east of the La Pierre.
