New Kid: If you check the caption on the photograph, you will see that it was taken on Monday, Feb 22 (ie yesterday—no holiday.)
This year, the third Monday of February, which by law is when the holiday is celebrated, was on Feb. 15, 2016. Thanks for keeping an eye out; Paul
If it was this was last Monday it was a holiday.
