Does anyone have an update on the future of the Whitfield? It seems all discussion and news has stalled.

The last we heard was that there is a long lead time to find housing for tenants prior to demolition.

If anyone knows if they are still going to tear down and sell single family homes on this property please let me know. I want to buy one of the new homes on Surf. My family has grown and need the upgrade. Love Surf Ave and OG!
Just an FYI. There’s a very large dumpster out front of the Whtifield being filled with a steady stream of trash from inside.
