It would be tragic if this lovely view were blocked in the future by a hotel and condos. When will our society favor leaving open vistas for all to enjoy rather than to favor an elite few?
The beach and ocean front are owned by the people and should be for all the people. How many places along our oceans are already blocked by selfish development? Have you seen Long Branch? Florida?
Ocean Grove has essentially no boardwalk or East Ocean Ave. buildings. Let’s think of the next generations and block that North End plan.
Shame on the OG developers, the CMA and Neptune Township.
By the way, if you go to Shark River Hills along the river, by the Marina, it is all open for everyone to enjoy, and they have a park there.
