Regarding the image of the rowers, Bob Bowné said, “The guys in the boat were out on the ocean this morning, before the sun came up…rowing???? The air was 7 degrees, the water about 39 degrees, and the surf was downright treacherous….don’t know what they were up to, but I think they are CRAZY, LOL!????!!!!
