Just down the street from my high school, so this was often our hang out. So different in those days, businessmen in crew cuts with too short suit pants passing by, junkies nodding off on the benches, Andy Warhol drifting by the big window inside his Factory on the north end. It was an adventure to just sit there and eat a tuna fish sandwich on a hard roll. I can’t tell you how much I loved that park!
