   73 Abbott Avenue. The cottage does not have a number, but the main house on the property is 73. Again, great rehab !!

   Side Note : There are many small individual cottages/bungalows in OG. However there are not more then a handful with a main house and a small unattached cottage/bungalow as part of the whole property. Technically they are considered as being 2 single family homes on one lot rather then being considered a multi or 2 family.

    75 or 75 & 1/2 Abbott avenue, depending on the lot. It is a great cottage on the same lot as their house, both of which were stunningly rehabilitated a few years ago.
