“We provide every service every other town provides, with no exception,” Del Campo said. “We’re part of the regional emergency management system (with Avon, Bradley Beach, Asbury Park). We’re also good for commerce in the area. Ocean Avenue doesn’t connect Ocean Grove to Asbury or Bradley. Only the boardwalk does.”
