Modern Ocean Grove history.— It’s the little things that make the difference . This event was in December, 2015. We need more down-home programming like this in the Grove.

Yes, we want volunteers like this to perform/entertain in our town. I remember tearing up when I was driving through town to go home and they were playing. I opened my windows to listen, to then get out and listen to a tune and placed a $20 in their instrument case. I told them to keep up the good work and thanked them for entertaining us.

It’s the small simple things that makes us residents wear a smile. It’s volunteers for singing, instrument playing, poetry, etc. that we are asking for. With this said, our desires don’t include charities or flea markets. We are talking about simple things that are costless and priceless. It’s as simple and clear as that.
