They have had all spring to do this. Why do they do it now during the high season? On this street and on Broadway there seems to be no urgency. Any cureveballs should be quickly resolved. They built the entire Empire State building in slightly less than a year. Verizon layed FiOS cable underground throughout the enire town of West Windsor in 5 months. One supposes that it should be possible to lay 800 feet of sewer pipe in 4 months down Abbott. This is ridiculous.
