You are right Frank, I should have called and I wanted to but my cell phone wasn’t with me. I saw the guy on Stockton a block from Main St. near the apartments. I was going to stop at the restoration buliding on Main, there’s usually a cop in that parking lot on most mornings. Unfortunately he was not there that morning.
Mary Lou – You should have called the police so they could have checked the guy out. Was this lower (by lake) end of Stockton? This past weekend (I think it was Sunday) I saw 3 police cars parked on Pilgrim Pathway between Franklin and Stockton responding to something that happened there. Next day I saw a policeman fingerprinting a home there.
I leave for work at 6 a.m (in the dark). Last week I saw a guy walking down Stockton Ave. After I passed him, I looked in the rear view mirror and I could swear I saw him check the door handle of a parked car.
