Recently the AP developers reiterated their plan to restore the Casino. AP not only owns the Casino, but also a potion of the boardwalk south to near the White Whale.

It’s time to move on. Most of the people who enjoyed the Casino are gone or close to gone. Ocean Grove and Asbury Park need unobstructed views, boardwalk to boardwalk.
