If you grew up in Bergen County, as I did, we came to the Shore which consisted of Pt Pleasant, Seaside Heights and Lavalette. We went on the rides, ate junk food, body surfed, got tan, and chased girls. Sometimes we had good results, sometimes no results, sometimes joyful results, and sometimes disappointments. When it came to romance, the Shore could be a bitter-sweet experience. PG
