    Harry Callahan, the great American photographer, used only one model: his wife Eleanor. She was not a particularly beautiful woman, but he only had eyes for her. He made many photographs over the years, but by his estimate, only about six per year were exemplary.

    As for me, photographing Eileen was an easy decision, as you can see. She is a natural. Back when, people mistook her for Jean Shrimpton, the English supermodel who helped launch the miniskirt.
