Ocean Grove couple opens an amazing gourmet bakery/café in Bradley Beach…”Hey Peach.”

February 19, 2025 by Blogfinger

“Hey Peach”  is at 126 Main Street, Bradley Beach.  Across from Country Farm and just before Vic’s at Evergreen.   Photos borrowed from the Asbury Park Press.

This is Erin Kilker who bakes  remarkable pastries.  Husband James  Kilker brings unbelievable breads to life in their special oven.

The space was previously occupied by a well known bakery.  Erin’s mom Mel helped them with design and building the wall unit on the right..  The space is small, but it is magnificent.

The selection is exciting. The links below give details. “Hey Peach” is open Thursday through Sunday, 7 am-3 pm.  Go there, and you will be amazed.

“Hey Peach” is a new gourmet bakery in Bradley Beach.  This extraordinary bake shop  and café  has been created by a young  Ocean Grove couple, Erin and James Kilker who have dreamed  of bringing their many creative talents to their own shop, and now they have opened their new business  at 126 Main Street in BB.

Blogfinger wants to give them a boost with our Ocean Grove publicity because any of you who get to visit  this bakery will be thrilled. This is an enterprise which is a new culinary concept in this area, and we believe  it will become quickly famous.

So we have gotten the ball rolling now borrowing photos from a wonderful Asbury Park Press feature story (link below) and from their remarkable web site (link below)

heypeachbakery.com

When you open their web site, look for the word Hey!   Then click on the lists of delicious items.

And here is something really special; we at Blogfinger  know—do not miss their fabulous sourdough breads.  Heavenly!!

Note that they are serious about their coffee, so be sure to try some.

Their goods include out-of-this-world breads, pastries, croissants, and many other treats.  You can find out the details by clicking on  APP link below.

How about we Grovers give Erin and James a boost by making that short trip into Bradley, and tell your friends!

The link below is of the APP food article.

Go there  early  and find a beautiful morning:
