Here is a Blogfinger.net article about that part of Ocean Grove’s Main Avenue in 2011, You will find that much has changed since then, and Ocean Grove has lost many culturally important businesses including a doctor, flower shop, trinkets store, news-stand, surf shop, restaurants, a fine woman’s shop, vintage kitchen stuff, multiple lawyers, a custom baker, a video store, Nagles, pet shop, a grocery store, a candy shop, and others. Is it better now?

Gingerbreads, a unique Main Avenue shop featuring Victorian lace, knick-knacks for Victorian houses, hand towels, tea pots, and ceramics with Victorian period style has gone out of business in Ocean Grove, NJ
Terry Lepore had a stuffy and crowded store, and tourists loved her shop. In the recent past, she was often closed.

Lee from OG, suggested this piece about Gingerbread’s “farewell.”
“The impermanent nature of all phenomena doesn’t escape our beautiful Ocean Grove.
Farewell GINGERBREADS!
You will be missed.”
