DALITA:  “La Violetera”   From the soundtrack of Woody Allen’s film Fading Gigolo.  The song is from 1914. Dalita performs in French.  In Spanish it means a girl who sells violets in the streets.  Charley Chaplin used the song in his 1931 film City Lights.
