a. White car in middle was hemmed in by silver car in front.
b. Then red car completed the assault and choke-hold by crowding white car from behind while protruding into hatched area behind it.
c. White car was trapped and could not escape even if it had an emergency.
d. Owner of white car was furious and called the NTPD. They came down, inspected the scene, and according to white car owner, the investigating police did nothing.
White car owner said that “this confirms that the NTPD will not enforce laws in the Grove.”
