The Planning Board meeting us actually on the 14th this Wednesday.
Case in point, this Wednesday, the 17th, the Planning Board will be voting approval for a Master Plan Reexamination Report. To achieve it, OG taxpayers pay for a planner and an attorney to make sure Neptune’s zoning is in compliance with law.
Both have made sure that Neptune remains in violation of RSIS, retains the illegal hotel overlay zone and has proposed zoning that encourages nonconforming conditions in direct violation of the Municipal Land Use Law.
The clear intent is to continue violating the rights of OG residents by refusing to establish legal zoning for OG.
