It is outrageous that the CMA or the Township cannot come up with a dog beach for the Grove. It is a big success in Asbury Park as a place for residents to meet and greet. Some people who do not have dogs go there just to watch the happiness that surrounds dogs at play.

AP also just permitted the opening of a dog run in one of their parks. Ocean Grove has many dogs, and the Committee needs to get a heart and make this happen. We could have a dog beach at our north end also, for the end of day after life guards go home. In AP the owners are meticulous in dealing with dog waste.
