    It was a loss anyway. It was going to be converted into condos, and after the renovation, nothing would have been left of the original building as all the other condo conversations have proven.

    What is even worse is that all these condo conversions have been permitted using fraudulent zoning put into place to rate OG for greater taxes for the rest of Neptune at the peril of OG residents.
