Editor’s note: The Neptune PD was busy towing cars from Central Ave. Many shoppers arrived early at 7:30 am but some vendors were still setting up and others had yet to arrive.
Dogs on leash were allowed. Very few young shoppers were there. One 13 year old was busy studying her phone. The sausage sandwiches were a bargain at $10.00 near the ocean. This event could use some music.
