The other side of A. Park….It’s outdoor art.

A. Park promotes culture with music and art, and the latter is often found outside, and that is exciting.  Meanwhile, OG is busy placing memorials to the dead all over town. Why does Neptune want its historic district to look like a cemetary?

Which promotes beauty, joy,  and happiness for residents and visitors ?
