Some of Asbury’s residential streets have been beautifully transformed in the last 20 years, but there are still some rough spots. Eventually, it will be recognized that the beauty of A. Park will be defined by more than Cookman Avenue and environs.

Unlike Atlantic City, A. Park will become a complete small city, more than the sum of its parts.  The goal will be to create a place all about its people and its  character and purpose.

But will Ocean Grove’s people come together to define what their town is about?
