Seriously? 3-4 feet out from the curb into the street? And, on yellow lined space? How inconsiderate. If those guys weren’t so nice they could have called the police. Kudos, Neptune Sanitation.

I couldn’t help but think, what if a fire truck had to get through?….The person who parked his car had a responsibility to park closer to the curb…. and especially on such a narrow street.
