This biker was tooling along on the OG boards at about 9 am, before the 10 am deadline. If we don’t ban riders at 9 am, why not let this tyke keep peddling on after 10; Maybe till 12. How about only kids can ride their bikes on the OG boards after 10 am? Maybe only kids with training wheels? He was being followed by Mom, but the distance was about 15 feet.
When he saw me aiming my phone, he stopped in his tracks and stared back at me. I was hoping he was clever enough to inquire where he could join the Tour de France. I should have taught him that line…..
