In showing the zoning map of AP, there is one fact not spelled out in the colors, that all uses, no matter the density, must include the state mandated parking requirements required under RSIS.
Show the same colored zoning map for OG and the disgusting fact is that no matter the permitted density, Neptune and it’s boards and attorneys violate state mandated parking requirements for every new development, whether a single or nonpermitted multi unit development.
The difference between the two communities, is AP is trying to improve itself while Neptune is looking for every opportunity to rape OG for what taxes if can get out of us.
