A sign of the times. It says we have corruption in Monmouth County. Anybody know about this? If we can have hate in the Grove, then corruption might also show up. Let’s get the Freeholders to come into town and reassure the public.
Corruption has no home here! Really?
JOHNNY CASH:
Well I know a few hypocrites, who were more interested in a blue Senate than
to deal with:
—-a long-lost bipartisan approach to immigration
—–a realistic plan to raise middle-class income rather than the 1 percent,
——and to install infrastructure efforts creating jobs, road and bridge repair, plus
worker-wealth—- rejected by a Senate opposed to giving Obama credit.
That devious red Senate also denied a superlative justice for Supreme Court;
You may want to weigh those issues on the other side of your scale of justice.
But let’s turn now to local hypocrisy: the October 29th campaign letter of Brantley and Williams: “We continue to work on improving the quality of life in Ocean Grove.” (What’s their definition of “quality of life”: more condos, more parking problems, more Wesley Lake deterioration ?)
Anyone who voted for Menendez should be disqualified from ever criticizing a politician on moral and/or ethical grounds. Anyone who does so is a hypocrite.
Since the residents of New Jersey voted Menendez back into office, the sign should have read, ‘”Vote today, promote corruption.”
