“A Walk on the Moon” is the movie where a character is the “blouse man.”

Editor: Please send us your name and address to receive the prize.

This is a marvelous movie from 1999 which takes place at the time of Woodstock and is set in a traditional Catskill Mountain Borscht Belt summer bungalow colony in New York State. And Diane Lane is incredible!!–Paul

Good to hear that “Jean, Jean is young and alive”. Her photos capture beauty and present knowledge from the beach “to the top of the hill.” Thanks bonnie Jean.

Yankee George: Jean is still walking around town, but she is a discriminating photographer, so only her best work gets submitted. She had a photo posted just a few days ago, so stay alert. By the way, do you recall the song “Jean” by a singer from North Carolina named Oliver? It’s from the movie The Prime of Miss Jean Brodie.

When I see our Jean (Bredin) I sing her the first line of that song, “Jean, Jean, how is your spleen?” I will post one of her photos for you, with that song.

    Paul

Missing Jean’s photo trips around town. How else can we snowbirds see what is happening at the boards, the parks or on the main drag.

I’d love to sport one of these T-shirts – especially during my visits to Ocean Grove.

Thanks also for the invitation to post here. I’ll keep this in mind as I return to Ocean Grove this summer. (My wife and I can’t wait!)
