At the 54th Grammy awards, a 23-year-old singer from Britain won 6 gold statues during the February 12 event in LA, where she was called “a global musical phenomenon.” Her album “21” has held the top chart position longer than any record since 1993. Since the Grammys, she has sold another 750,000 albums.
Her music has aroused huge interest in the pop industry. After hearing her perform at the Grammys, with a large instrumental and vocal background, her glorious voice stood out as deserving of the recognition which has been hers for only a few years.
