On Monday January 23, a man entered a Main Avenue hotel and attempted to steal a small cash box from the office. He was confronted by the hotel staff and dropped the box as he escaped.
A police investigation led to the arrest today of Gregory Niblack, age 50, whose last known address was in Asbury Park. He was charged today and will be incarcerated in the Monmouth County Correctional Institute on $55,000.00 bail.
