Don’t waste a lovely night;  visit the Ocean Grove beach, North End.

This music won an Oscar.

The founders of this town on the ocean also acknowledged the grove aspect. They insured that certain areas were not developed, but rather preserved as parks: Founder’s Park, Woodlawn (now, Fireman’s) Park, etc.
Today, it is unfortunate that the rapacious Neptune Township Committee and OGCMA look at the North End and see dollar signs rather than trees, grass, and a fountain.
