This could be the start of something….scary.

Most Halloween costumes seen today in the Grove were pretty harmless:  witches, super heroes and others.  Scary costumes are themselves fun, during the day,  but at night, big people in scary costumes may actually be worrisome.  We do have dark and winding streets.
