This home is officially on Lake Avenue, which, as you know is not a street or an avenue at all.     It is the Lakeside Walkway.  Homes like this are grandfathered in , but new construction should not be permitted if facing onto a walkway.       Paul Goldfinger.  photo. Nov. 1, 2016. ©

    Lake Avenue. But of course it really isn’t a street as the Township has falsely presented to be through their testimony at its Boards.
