Says Jean, “ The Ocean Grove Hardware Store has set up a colorful display of tulips, pansies and daffodils…at least we are not totally flower deprived.”

Miss Pegi (Costantino) is the head woman over there at the OGWC,   89 Mt. Carmel Way, corner of Pennsylvania  (way up in the OG mountains)  She will have sales of flowers intermittently. The  next sale will be warm weather flowers in May.
