The Township of Neptune, through malicious intent, has been harming the community of OG in the last 40 years with invalid and illegal zoning pratices and apparently intends to continue those malicious pratices for the next ten years.
Neptune, through its Planning Board attorney, has published a public statement for its April 26 meeting, that a “report has been prepared in accordance with the Municipal Land Use Law and includes policy recommendations to guide Neptune Township for the next ten years.”
Unless Neptune has established zoning for OG that includes mandated RSIS parking requirements,
Unless Neptune has established a legal lot size requirement for single family use in the development of OG that meets MLUL mandates,
Unless Neptune has removed the illegal overlay zone that is in violation of the MLUL for the first two blocks of OG by removing any use except single family uses.
Unless Neptune has zoned all 30 by 60 ft lots with an OGCMA lease equally as a single family use,
Unless Neptune votes to not proceed with granting the illegally created North End Development that was created using the illegal over lay zone, a year extension,
Then the statement that Neptune has created a Master Plan report in accordance with the MLUL is false and by stating such a false public statement and voting for approval for that false report knowing the report is in direct violation of both state and Federal laws, amounts to grand larceny by using tax payer money and may cause a major civil rights law suit against the Township.
