The farmer helped me pick out 3 jumbo gorgeous Jersey tomatoes. It came to $7.00.
I got the fresh mozzarella ball at Wegmans. Eileen will make a Caprese salad tonight. See link below
For a main course I will have sushi grade yellow fin tuna sautéed rare in a cast iron pan. (Wegmans). and she will make Gulf shrimp. (sauté with butter and garlic) for herself.
