The North End project will be ready to start digging as soon as the HPC approves new designs. There is no information for the public about the details. If any of you know please share with Blogfinger’s readers.

And how will they accommodate residents in that area as far as getting to their houses? And will they adhere to the Twp. noise ordinances? And how will the construction trucks and vehicles get there? By Main Avenue? What a disruptive and disheartening plan.
