We have an August surprise expected today at OG’s beach. It is likely that the red flags will be flying, and the only ones who will be happy will be the surfers.
The worrisome waters are arriving here as a result of a hurricane which hit about 4 days ago in the West Indies. (Island places like Jamaica and Haiti.)
So grab your surf boards and head to the ocean.
If you see any Haitians arriving on our beach in a dinghy, speak French to them.
A lot of rain expected next week. We will feel some of a tropical storm Isaias.
