There is a newly renovated strip mall on Memorial Drive in A. Park, near 4th Avenue.  There are some businesses there which may be of interest including a seafood store called Local 130, a restaurant serving an odd combination of Ethiopian and Dominican Cuisine (ADA’S GOJJO), a boutique, a veterinarian, and a chiropractor.

Some of these businesses are not yet open. The seafood store  (#1305), which has some fans already, is only open from Friday through Monday.
