Ocean Pathway. When the Manchester Inn burned down, the Pathway got two Victorian single family homes. One currently under construction (above.) A wonderful streetscape is preserved. Thanks to the Neptuners at the Mother Ship. Blogfinger photo 3/24/18 ©

Ocean Pathway. Two old hotels were demolished, and condominiums replaced them. Sorry, but it is ugly! Blogfinger photo. 3/24/18.
There are other possibilities, but OG already has enough big eyesores. Do we want a historic residential district or do we want a touristy beach town attached at the hip to Asbury Park?
Unless we revert now to the original plan of single family houses, the town will become less authentically historic , more ersatz, less beautiful, and hopelessly congested. Home values and taxes will rise if the current trajectory continues.
