“By comparison” means comparing the current North End with the one which will result if the proposed NERP is actually built. —Asbury Park, on the other side of the Casino is beautiful, open and airy in its own way.
It would be best for both sides if the OG North End is built to contrast with A. Park.
The bulldozer can take care of that eyesore casino skeleton, and the Ocean won’t have any problem with that white whale.
