Oh Gee. Thank you for this excellent and documented information. BF needs more input and sharing like yours.

Hi Paul, using that SBI Number mentioned in the email, I looked up Mr. Lockhart on the Department of Corrections website. He was arrested 12/26/2013. He was sentenced 1/22/2016, for a maximum of 3 years. He was released 2/5/17. So either he was a) let out early, or b) had stayed in jail prior to his court date and was given credit for time served, c) a combination of both.
Despite Neptune PD linking this guy to numerous burglaries in Ocean Grove, Lockhart was found guilty of only 1 count of Burglary & 1 count of Unlawful Taking/Disposal of Property. (sounds like a plea deal was made) And as your previously mentioned, he had previously spent time in jail for an OG burglary in 2011.
The DOC link, including his most recent inmate photo, is located at: https://www20.state.nj.us/DOC_Inmate/details?x=1052775&n=0
Are there any pics of him you can share? Hopefully he won’t return here.
Thank you for the alert.
Is there anyway of knowing where he’s going to live?
