This song, by a jazz cornetist from the 1930’s—Bix Beiderbecke, is called “I’ll be a Friend With Pleasure.” It is a lovely tune which is occasionally recorded, mostly by Dixieland players. This group of fine NY musicians is led by Randy Sandke using the Bix arrangement with the double trumpet solos.
