This is part of the marketing pitch in the NY Post:     “Real estate in New York City has gotten very expensive, real estate in Long Island is incredibly expensive, and I think people see the Jersey Shore as an alternative because … their money can go further,” says architect Chad Oppenheim, who not only handled the building’s design but also grew up 25 minutes from Asbury Park.    The designer is the same person who did the Hotel Asbury.  iStar is the developer.

Cross the Founders  Park bridge to see this project. It is the large light tan building.

Prices:  $445,000  to $1.2 million —  34 units.

This project should be ready in September.
