By contrast to the history of 80 Main Avenue, this home is currently owner-occupied.  These owners are paying close attention to the historic restoration recently begun. Notice the original clapboard siding and decorative siding which have been unearthed under the tar paper.  This is the way that restoration should proceed——before the property deteriorates and becomes derelict.
