Can you imagine two houses on this side of the Park View site? Would they have a front porch? The cement is Lake Avenue. Would they have a front yard? And what about the people walking by? And think of the UPS guy, the garbage men, contractors, etc.
The Planning Board and its experts call this a street, but can you see how this would be a street? And if it is not a street, then you can’t have a house facing onto it. And no one has used the V word. (ie variance.)

You’re right………..a street should not end like that. Shall we look into a bridge over Wesley Lake so Grove tourists can park in Asbury’s wonderful large lot behind the steam plant? It could be a one way toll bridge that would benefit both communities especially since no one can make up their minds as to when to start the North End Parking Facility (NEPF).
