100 Asbury Ave. (Jersey Ave, on the North side of Asbury Ave., at the corner by the Western Bridge.)
Hopefully a sign that the Derelict Building list might be working. 100 Asbury (which is on the Township list) has a dumpster out front, three ladders up to the roof, new fascia boards in front and new plywood decking going onto the roof. I assume a new roof is next.

Just glad they are working on the house at all; we neighbors have been awakened due to gas leaks and things I am not sure of, but that house is right by the bridge and lake and has been empty for some time. It’s just not a good look.
Extremely glad this week to finally see workers working all day.
There’s still some slate on the sides of the dormers. All that remains.
Too bad they could not save the slate roof.
